A comprehensive needs assessment is conducted and a quotation is proposed prior to each training.

A training contract signed by and between the two parties is established between the training center and learners or businesses.

A course confirmation is sent before training starts.

A travel fare is offered to trainees living up to 10 kometres around Fribourg City. Past 10Km, travel is billed at 60 cents per kilometer.

The training cost stipulated in the training contract must be paid prior to the beginning of the training and is non-refundable in case of withdrawal.
